Fortune and Fate: these are the looming and inescapable forces that govern the world of Carmina Burana, instantly turning light to dark and happiness to despair. Featuring the famous “O Fortuna”, Orff’s remarkable masterpiece is hauntingly intense, bawdy and earthy, fiery and visceral!

The Rochester Oratorio Society will be performing Carmina Burana this summer at Chautauqua Institution on July 25 and again on August 15 as a part of Chautauqua’s Inter-Arts Production. For more information CLICK HERE.
